Salmon and manuka honey. It sounds wonderful. I would serve this with oven-roasted cherry tomatoes.
- 1⁄2 salmon, filleted
- 3 tablespoons manuka honey
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger or 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 360F.
- Whisk together honey, ginger, olive oil, soy sauce and pepper.
- Pour over fish and bake until done, about 20 minute.
