    Alan Leonetti's Note:

    One day we were shopping at Costco in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and a sample lady gave us a sample of salmon spread on a cracker. It was absolutely DELICIOUS! The next day we returned and purchased the Bear & Wolf brand of Wild Alaskan Pink Salmon, which is the brand you should use if you can get it. You can even get it through their website. The next day the sample woman was not there, so we had to come up with the recipe by trial and error. I guess you could actually use any brand.
