- 1 (16 ounce) can salmon
- 3 ounces fat free cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1⁄2 cup chopped green onion
- 1⁄2 cup celery, minced
- 1⁄2 cup carrot, shredded
- salt and pepper
directions
- Combine all ingredients in bowl to mix by hand or combine using food processor.
- Spread on toast, bagels, crackers, or lettuce leaves and enjoy!

This is really really tasty--both my husband and I loved this!! I've tried a number of canned salmon recipes and this one is by far the best. The fresh veggies add a lot of great flavor and texture. And the cream cheese is the ideal binder to bring it all together. Thanks for a wonderful recipe VNess!!!
