Salmon Spread

"Add a few cucumber slices, lettuce or sprouts and maybe some tomato, and off you go! I put it into a lettuce wrap or collard for a GF option. Yum! Smoked salmon is also a great substitution."

  1. I agree-- this is definitely one of the better canned salmon recipes I've found. Though I added some lime juice-- it was too fishy for me otherwise.
     
  2. This is really really tasty--both my husband and I loved this!! I've tried a number of canned salmon recipes and this one is by far the best. The fresh veggies add a lot of great flavor and texture. And the cream cheese is the ideal binder to bring it all together. Thanks for a wonderful recipe VNess!!!
