Use this for sandwiches or as a dip.
- 1 (14 ounce) canboneless salmon
- 1 1⁄2 cups grated carrots
- 7 hard-boiled eggs, chopped small
- 2 tablespoons onions
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Mix all together and put on sandwiches or use as a dip.
Fantastic tasting salmon salad....colorful, too! I made exactly as written, using two 7-0z pouches of vaccuum-packed salmon. Delicious in a sandwich. Dill would be nice in this, too. Thanx for posting; I'll repeat this one!
