  • In bowl combine salmon, clams, water chestnuts, celery, and eggs.
  • Combine mayo and lemon juice; add to salmon mixture, tossing lightly.
  • Serve in individual lettuce lined bowls.
  • Top with additional mayo and lemon wedges, if desired.
