These are great! They come out quite moist. Next time I will add more seasonings to "kick it up a little" as Emeril would say! THanks Tebo for the great recipe!!
Prepared as written, perfect! We just loved it. I froze individually the leftovers. Just thawed and baked in my toaster oven on stone for a quick weekend lunch. Thanks for another idea using canned salmon, the affordable fish.
This was very good, I like the "latke" likeness of this recipe. I was so eager to give this a try that I made it in the morning and had it for breakfast with a fried egg. it would be perfect for a brunch. I am also going to have one with a green salad and vinegarette for lunch. These are perfect for any meal.
These were a good, quick meal. We didn't have buns the first night, so we just ate the patties with our fingers. (We grabbed them on our way out the door.) I, too, was worried at the gloppiness of the "patties" before browning, but I forgot about the eggs, which really helped to form the patties and keep them together. We did find the patties to be a bit salty, and I didn't even use a full 1/2 t of salt, but we did use home-canned salmon from a friend, and I don't know if that contributed to the saltiness. I opted not to use hot sauce (we didn't have any). Thanks for posting!
The best salmon patty we've tried. It was especially good with EdsGirlAngie's Creamy Wasabi-mustard Seafood Sauce. We made half a recipe with a 7oz can of salmon, baking it in the oven as directed and it worked out just fine. Thanks, Angie, dinner was great.
These were really good!
These Salmon Patties were delicious!!!! My DH and kids devoured them. Even my youngest daughter who said she hated salmon, had seconds, and took one for lunch the next day. This is definitley a keeper. Thanks for posting it.
Yummy, I cooked mine on the George Forman grill minus the onions.
Well I almost panicked - I went to brown the patties but they weren't patties - just blobs Uh Oh I thought. I cut the recipe in half and I thought perhaps that this wouldn't work. The patties browned nicely - they hung together and after baking them for 25 minutes they were easy to handle, perfect texture.I served Tartar Sauce along side perfect. Thanks Tebo for a really good Salmon Patty recipe
