I am only reviewing the lemon sauce and the method, because I used my regular ingredients for the patties. I love the method. Measured 1/4 cup into 8 muffin cups and it worked just right. Only cooked for 25 minutes (my recipe has less liquid, maybe that was why). Enjoyed the lemon sauce, but next time I will add another tablespoon or two of lemon juice to make it more lemony. Thanks for saving me from having to make patties and stand and fry!

This was very easy to put togther & tasted pretty good, though we found it a bit bland. I made 6, rather than 8 patties & even with the larger size, found them a bit overdone at 45 minutes. If there hadn't been any sauce, I think they would have been a bit dry.

This was quite easy to make and had a nice flavor. The sauce was a great finish for these salmon cakes. Thanks for an easy and economical recipe!

We really liked these; especially that they are baked. The recipe was easy, easy. No more fried salmon patties for us. Thanks.

My family really enjoyed this recipe. I used two (7 ounce) pouches of the boned, skinned salmon. Even my two-year old son gobbled these up. I think the sauce "makes" the recipe. (Served my son's with catsup instead.) Thanks, Recipe Fairy!

Baking in the oven makes this a very easy recipe & definitely healthier than frying! Since I pressed the mixture into a 1/4 cup measure, it only made 10 patties. We loved them but weren't fussy on the sauce - next time, I'll use tarter or just a squeeze of lemon juice. I combined half pink & half red salmon - otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Thanx RecipeFairy!
