A nice light lunch recipe, or have with a nice fresh salad for dinner.
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can salmon
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon lemon
- Drain salmon and flake.
- Mix with remaining ingredients.
- Saute gently in a small amount of vegetable oil or margarine.
- Turn until nicely brown on both sides.
