My mother made these as I was growing up.

Yummy that was good. Added some chopped onions & celery. Also instead of cracker meal used italian bread crumbs. May add some salt & pepper next time.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (16 ounce) can red salmon (drained)
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 14 cup cracker meal

Directions

  1. Mix together.
  2. Form into patties (about 6), Spray Foreman grill or skillet.
  3. Takes about 6-7 minutes in Foreman Grill.
  4. In skillet cook till brown on one side, turn and do same on other side.
  5. Serve with baby potatoes, creamed peas and a salad.
