    • 1 (16 ounce) can red salmon (drained)
    • 1 beaten egg
    • 1/4 cup cracker meal

    Directions:

      Mix together.

      Form into patties (about 6), Spray Foreman grill or skillet.

      Takes about 6-7 minutes in Foreman Grill.

      In skillet cook till brown on one side, turn and do same on other side.

      Serve with baby potatoes, creamed peas and a salad.
