I am always on the lookout for a good salmon pattie recipe. This one was quite good and very easy. Canned salmon can be good, if you have the right recipe otherwis it can be just downright nasty, but recipe handles it well.

Very easy to make. I used half a red onion chopped in place of the onion powder as I can't get that here in NZ. I also used canned salmon. This will be a regular for us...."a keeper". Made for Aus/NZ swap July 2010 :)

Great recipe! I can imagine with your canned salmon these must be a notch better for sure. We loved this and it is so easy to prepare;I added 2 chopped green onions. Thank you for sharing. I made these for Autralian/New Zealand Recipe Swap. Rita/Sage

I must admit, I was a little apprehensive using canned salmon for the first time. But, these are great! They are so easy to make and very yummy. Thanks for the tasty (and cheap!) recipe :)

These are just great! I used a 14.75-oz can of Alaskan pink salmon from Trader Joe's, and we really enjoyed it. Served it with risotto and canned peas, so the whole meal was a great use of pantry items. I will always keep this recipe on hand! Thanks for posting!

I also used to hate these when Dad made them, when I was a kid!! lol But love them now, especially with ketchup! Dad doesn't have very much canned salmon anymore, so hasn't made them lately (that I know of...)
