  • Puree the salmon in a food processor, using a steel blade.
  • Add the lemon, garlic and butter; this procedure will take about 60 seconds "processing time".
  • Place pate in a large serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  • Serve on crackers.
