I found this tasted more like hoseradish/onion then salmon and it did not have a pate consistancy, but it made a nice dip.

Directions

  1. Mince onion in food processor.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend with off/on turns then let run until smooth.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Good with raw vegetables, crackers or Melba toast.
  6. Can also shape and cover with parsley or chopped nuts.
