This is Day 17: Lunch, on the 21 Day Wonder Diet. This lunch is to be followed by an afternoon snack of 200g rockmelon.

  1. Cook pasta in medium saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, until just tender. Add asparagus, cook 1 minute. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, combine cheese, rind, juice and garlic in large bowl; add pasta, asparagus and remaining ingredients to bowl. Toss to combine.
