Very popular finger food--and yummy to boot!
- 250 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 (40 g) packet French onion soup mix
- 220 g salmon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- chopped walnuts
- Combine cream cheese, soup mix, salmon, and lemon juice together thoroughly.
- Form into a roll (log shape).
- Roll in chopped walnuts.
- Wrap in foil & chill until firm.
- When needed, slice & serve on sliced French bread, savoury biscuits, or vegetable rounds.
