  1. Break up salmon, removing skin and bones. Combine rest of ingredients except last two. Add to salmon.
  2. Pour into well greased 8 inch pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and pepper.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
  5. Serve at once.
  6. Pass chilled cucumber sauce. (Optional).
