  • Grill for 10 minutes per inch of steak thickness at thickest part.

  • Keep a close eye on steaks as the oil sometimes causes flames.
  • If you choose it is helpful to make a foil boat to contain the fish in.

  1. Love this recipe! I get compliments every time I make it for company!

  2. This was very easy to throw together with ingredients I always have in the house. I marinated the salmon for 7 hours and the flavors were nice but subtle. I think I'll let it sit overnight next time. Thank you for posting!

  3. simple and soooo good

  4. Wonderful! I didn't add the salt, since I used Kikkoman soy sauce, and that's pretty salty to start with. Delicious and ddidn't overwhelm the fish either. I'll use this from now on. Thanks for posting!

  5. Very nice! I used this on two huge salmon fillets that in all weighed 550 g and baked in the oven - 180 C and 40 minutes. Next time I'll use a bit more soy sauce and salt as I did find I had to sprinkle on some more salt once this was on my plate, but I do think the combination of the flavours is very good!
