  1. Drain and flake salmon.
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix lightly.
  3. Pour mixture into well greased 8"X4" loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.

Loved this quick and easy recipe. I used fresh grated onion, spicy buffalo wheat thin crumbs mixed with a little Italian breadcrumbs and added a little parsley and tarragon. I let it sit for 10 minutes after taking out of the oven and it was perfectly YUMMY!! I will be making this again!

I took this to an office potluck and it was very well received. I used Ritz crackers instead of the saltines. I had a lot of requests for the recipe.

This is a very good recipe and easy to make. It is very basic and can be easily changed to get different flavors. I will use this often.
