      This one did not go over well. I cut the onion proportion and it still covered up the salmon taste. Eggs and salmon isn't really a good taste combination either. Like eggs, like salmon, don't like eggs

      The partner and I love frittatas and this was a very good one! I liked the fact that it's low calorie. I used a smoked salmon fillet because I just love the smoky flavor.

      I am so stuffed! I made one serving and cannot believe how good 5.9 WW points can taste! I love this recipe!! My dill has not grown enough and the store was out so I was forced to used dried dill, but it was still wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe! *Zaar World Tour 3*

      I have found another way to love salmon! This was todays lunch and this is a true keeper. I didn't have canned potato so I boiled and diced a couple of small white spuds and swapped out the dill for a bit of thyme. My solid stainless skillet did perfectly under the broiler. Dh promptly drowned his with ketchup before tasting and proclaimed it to be a very good recipe, although how he would know I have no idea. I ate my portion with out the red stuff and I can honestly say: It is wonderful!
