Not sure why its called "fondue" but it is so yummy. My dad used to make this when I was a kid and I've continued making it since then. I hope you enjoy it too.

  1. Cube bread.
  2. Spread 1/2 cubes in buttered 2-qt. baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle 1/2 cheese over cubes.
  4. Drain salmon and flake.
  5. Spread evenly over cheese.
  6. Repeat bread cube and cheese layer.
  7. Beat eggs; stir in milk, salt and onion.
  8. Pour egg mixture over cheese, salmon and bread.
  9. Sprinkle with paprika.
  10. Bake at 325 for 50-55 minute.
  11. Serve immediately.
