We were SO impressed with this recipe! I was short on time so cooked it at 400F for 15 minutes and covered it in foil so it wouldn't dry out. The pesto went so well with the salmon and the nuts were a nice added texture. This will be a go to recipe for us from now on!
This is so easy and so delicious. I used some homemade pesto and steel head trout instead of the salmon. This is something I will make again for sure. Made for Diabetic Forum and Greens for Spring.
So easy to make & very tasty, love it!!! will do this again & again. Thanks for sharing.
Great recipe! Very flavorful and something we would not have thought of. We used homemade pesto and added the pistachios. We ate this with a side of broccoli.
this is a recipe that my cousin from Argentina gave me and has been a family favorite for years. i use a complete side of salmon and leave it whole and bake it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. the presentation is glorious. I usually serve it with (5/15/08) some kind of steamed rice and a green salad.
Absolutely amazing flavors! Huge hit at my house! Very easy to make... serves up looking very gourmet! Thanks for sharing!
So delicious and SO easy. This meal was on the table in no time at all. And it looks beautiful on the plate. Thanks for sharing!
A very simple fish dish with lots of flavor and texture. I used a homemade pesto sauce that I had made with pistachios. Served with garden tomatoes and bow tie Pasta Foriana.
The pesto works well with the salmon, but I don't think that the nuts added anything, other than texture which my family didn't like
