Very tasty recipe. And it is so easy to prepare, yet it tastes as though a lot more work went into it. I needed almost twice the amount of baking time than the specified 8-10 minutes though, which I credit my quirky oven for that minor issue. If you like salmon, you really must try this recipe. Make for ZWT7, Mischief Makers.

This was a great meal for a busy weeknight. This was extremely easy to prep, did not take long to cook, and was nice and flavorful. We served with roasted asparagus and zucchini. Thanks!

The garlic was a nice touch, not too powerful though. Quick and easily made in the oven, I liked that. Made for ZWT7, Switzerland.

This is one of my favorite ways to cook salmon. I've had this recipe for years but then misplaced it. I was so glad to find it here. Thanks so much!!

Wonderful! Really nice cooking method with plenty of flavor and moistness in the salmon. I did everything exactly as posted apart from I used dried parsley because the local store was out of fresh.

Holy salmon cakes. This is so easy, but looks and tastes as though it was presented at a high class restaurant, and you will believe it upon tasting the first bite. It's almost like the fish is poached in a hot oven in this delicious liquid of wine and broth. I followed this exactly, except took half of the garlic and sliced it, and put it on top as the fish baked. It didn't burn, (because of the liquid) was the aroma was so delicious. Thank you, I wouldn't change one thing about this. Made for Diabetic Heart Healthy Month. March 2010

Easy, tasty , healthy and low cal! I didn't use any broth but water instead and halfed the ammount. Until now I always used lemon with salmon but the wine was also very good. Thanks for sharing Paula. Its a keeper!

Simple ingrediants, simple technique and cooks up easy too - not to mention, fast. There is nothing simple about the taste though - it's full and tasty and the various flavours all balance out nicely. This is a dish that's perfect for those busy family weeknight rush dinners yet tasty and pretty enough to serve to the most special of company. I didnt' change a thing. Used a nice dry white BC wine (Sonora Ranch Pinot Grigio) to go with our fresh Pacific Coast Salmon and served with slices of fresh lime and lemon. Thank you for this recipe! Made for ZWT4 UPDATE - I prepared this meal the night while the house was cool after a hot day. I saved the juices from the pan and popped everything in the fridge. It was so hot yesterday that I just served it cold with the juices poured over top - I have to tell you that this recipe is excellent both hot OR cold :)

Truly another keeper, Paula ! Had frozen salmon fillets (2), and "sort of" halved the other ingredients. DH mistakenly bought curly parsley, but it is pretty and seems to be even more fragrant. 12 minutes was perfect. Did squeeze a few drops of lemon before baking ('cause I cannot imagine salmon without lemon !) - and we enjoyed this with leftover chard/ricotta pie and a salad. Thanks for posting.

I wanna go to Paula's for dinner! Alas, my quest for a wonderful salmon fillet recipe was realized when I prepared this easy-to-make, tasty recipe! As we have salmon about three times each week, I'm always looking for a new easy preparation. Wonderful! Thanks for posting, PaulaG!

Terrific! I was looking for a salmon recipe that wasn't sweet -- most of mine involve maple syrup or honey, and that wasn't what was called for tonight. This was light and savory, and the flavor of the salmon survived the garlic. I'll definitely make this again. Thanks for posting this!

Really nice recipe, the salmon is perfectly prepared. One thing I would not add again, though, is the crushed red peppers. Perhaps some dill or tarragon would fit better.

I replaced the parsley with a few shakes of Italian Seasoning. Our family enjoyed it very much.

This made a very nice dinner. I scaled it down for 1 person. I halved the red pepper flakes. Served with baked potato. Thanks Paula!

WONDERFUL! I doubled the recipe for my bigger family, but next time will half the "doubled" red pepper. So easy and extremely tasty! Thanks for posting. We will definitely eat this again!

This is a beautiful dish and smells wonderful while cooking! I halved the red pepper but wish I'd left it out completely; to us that taste just didn't marry well with the salmon. However, we thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the broth and thought the texture was perfect. And it only takes 8 minutes! Thanks for sharing this Paula!
