A really simple, quick, but elegant way to serve salmon.
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Combine mayo, Dijon, and parmesan. Set aside
- Sauté salmon in butter until nearly done in an oven safe skillet. Spread with topping.
- Broil until topping is golden brown.
