- 453.59 g fresh asparagus (trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 709.77 ml fresh mushrooms (sliced)
- 3 large leeks (white portion ONLY, sliced)
- 88.74 ml butter
- 59.14 ml all-purpose flour
- 4.92 ml salt
- 473.18 ml chicken broth
- 473.18 ml half-and-half
- 311.84 g canned corn (drained)
- 14.79 ml pimiento (chopped)
- 453.59 g salmon (flaked)
directions
- In large saucepan, saute the asparagus, mushrooms, and leeks in butter for 10 minutes or until tender.
- Stiring flour, salt and pepper until blended.
- Gradually stir in broth, & cream. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in corn, pimientos, & salmon. Heat through.
