This comes together quickly and tastes good too. It is easy to double if needed. I have used a salmon steak in place of the smoked salmon and it tasted just as good. I changed this slightly but it originally came from ilovesalmon.com

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter, sauté onion, celery, pepper. Stir in flour, add chicken stock and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until reaching boiling point.
  2. Add sour cream, dill, pepper, accent, smoked salmon; heat 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add parsley before serving. Bon Appetit!
