Low fat and delicious! Found this recipe on an Alaska Seafood site. Really tasty served on a toasted bun with lettuce and tomato slices. Yummy.

  1. Drain and flake salmon.
  2. Combine lemon juice and mustard.
  3. Blend flaked salmon with breadcrumbs, green onions, and lemon juice-mustard mixture.
  4. Mix in egg whites until well blended.
  5. Form mixture into 4 patties and cook on a lightly oiled grill or sauté in skillet until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve each burger on a bun with lettuce, tomato slices.

This will be the only recipe I use from now on to make salmon burgers. It is excellent. I did get 6 large burgers out of this recipe. It is wonderful.
