This is a great treat that I take to all of my holiday get-togethers! I am always asked for the recipe by at least one new person!Sociable crackers go best with it.
- After deboning and draining the salmon, mix together the first 6 ingredients.
- Form into a ball.
- Roll into the corflake crumbs.
- Chill, over night is best.
- Serve with crackers.
This is a favorite "ball" I usually make aduring the holidays. It is very easy, keeps well and is soooo tasty. I add 1/4 tsp. liquid s smoke to mine and it gives it an extra little something. I also just make it as a spread for little sandwiches and to spread on crackers. BCD
I got this recipe from a dear friend years ago and make it often for social gatherings; everyone realy enjoys it. My recipe adds 2 Tbsp. fresh snipped parsley; seems to add a little to the presentation with a few sprigs around the ball.
