I liked this--so nice to have a homey, easy casserole! Buttered bread crumbs on top are a must! I added lemon pepper as seasoning.
This was a really nice, quickly thrown together dinner. I used low fat sour cream and low fat cottage cheese, and it was still hearty and satisfying with a lot less fat. After coming out of the oven, I felt it was missing something, so I added some fresh dill, which we really liked. I think it would also be great with some capers. Thanks Red Chef Mama!
