  • Combine first 3 ingredients, set aside.
  • Mix soup, mustard, horseradish sauce and worchestshire sauce.together in a medium bowl.
  • Add 1/4 cup to the meat mixture.
  • Form meat into 6 patties.
  • Brown both sides in a skillet and drain.
  • Stir water and parsely into the remaining soup mixture.pour over patties.
  • Heat for 20 minutes.

  1. This was a big hit at my house. I added a small chopped onion to the patties and added some sliced shiitake 'shrooms to the gravy mixture. Didn't even get a chance to freeze the leftovers, there weren't any! Thanks
     
  2. What a great change up from our usual ground beef recipes! The horseradish was just the right touch. I didn't have butter crackers so I used plain panko instead otherwise I made it just as listed. Perfect work night dish we will be making again. Thanks for sharing.

  4. Easy to put together, I give it a 5 cus my DH loved it , I would give it a 4 cus I found it to be quite salty. I did like the flavour of the horseradish in it. I would make it again but might use less worcestershire sauce. Thanks for posting.

I love cooking, and reading Christian fiction..I have 5 grandchildren..4 boys and 1 spoiled granddaughter...I also have a black cocker spaniel named Tobey..who is very spoiled..Love computer games, cross stitch and reading cookbooks..I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia almost a year ago, on September 26, 2005....was in an out of the hospital for 8 months, doing intensive chemo...I am doing well now, thanks for all the prayers...
