Delicious. I made a couple of changes--used golden mushroom soup, used 1/2 a lb. of sauteed sliced fresh mushrooms instead of the canned, and simmered the patties, mushrooms and sauce over lowest heat for 30 minutes. I had to be careful turning the patties when browning to keep from breaking up, but the finished dish was moist and delicious. Thanks for sharing this great recipe.
I made this over the weekend. I substituted Lipton Onion soup mix for the onions and used a combin and added extra sauteed mushrooms to both the meat and the gravy. Served with garlic bread, and home made mashed potatoes. This was absolutely FANTASTIC!

I've been making this recipe for several years now. It's a quick and easy recipe and the ingredients called for are on hand. Tastes great, too!
For years I have been looking for a Salisbury Steak recipe that I could really enjoy. I tried this last week and the whole family loved it!! Next time I would make my own gravy because the kids found the flavours pretty strong, but all together the best Salisbury Steak recipe I've ever tried! Thanks!!
This is so good. Everyone I have served this to has asked for your recipe. I didn't have 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef tonight, so I made it with just 1 pound. Still turned out great! Thanks. :)
Great recipe!!! I made this last night because I needed something fast,we'd been out all day. When my son came in I got a "smells good" instead of the usual "what are you makin'."They all loved it. I only made one change which was to add 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper to the meat mix, we like a kick. It was a great supper and we'll be making it again. Thank you for posting,Donna.
