This is a great recipe. The only difference I would make is to use very lean ground beef. I tried this and the results were much better. Thanks

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (10 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 1 12 lbs ground beef
  • 12 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 12 cup water

Directions

  1. Mix 1/4 Cup Soup and Remaining ingredients.
  2. Shape Into 6 Patties.
  3. Brown In skillet with oil.
  4. Put in baking dish.
  5. Blend remaining soup with water
  6. Pour over meat
  7. Bake 20 Minutes.
