      I make this at home all the time, and your recipe was great! I usually add finely chopped white onion to this salad also. Very fulfilling and easy to make!

      This is wonderful! The dressing was flavorful enough to make up for the out of season tomato and cucumber I was using. Thanks! I'll be making this again, especially when it's peak veggie season.

      Masha Allah this is delicious for us! It is now an absolute favorite. FIL, DH, DD1 (4 years old) & I love it mixed into Middle Eastern rice dishes such as Al Kabsa - Traditional Saudi Rice (& Chicken) Dish. I have used both a delicious organic roasted tahini, and not so good brands and it always turns out delicious, same with when the tomatoes are not so good, still delicious! I only use freshly squeezed lemon juice, everything to taste and consistency, unrefined extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and a couple dashes of cayenne pepper instead of any chopped hot peppers or left it out all together. I also did not add the mint when I served it with Al Kabsa - Traditional Saudi Rice (& Chicken) Dish. The mint does make it totally delicious too. A make again and again, insha Allah (God willing)!
