The Tomato is an ideal vegetable to garnish any dish. Vegetable salads were usually served with roast dishes.
- 4 tomatoes
- 5 lettuce leaves
- 1 cup French style green bean
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup dill greens
- 3 tablespoons oil
- Combine sliced tomatoes and beans.
- Dress with oil, salt.
- Sprinkle with greens and decorate with lettuce leaves.
