Salad With Blackberries and Goat Cheese - Sweden

Ingredients Nutrition

  • For the salad

  • 4 cups mixed salad greens
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 12 cup fresh bread, cut into small cubes
  • 14 cup blackberries or 14 cup blueberries
  • 12 lb goat cheese
  • 14 cup raisins
  • 3 tablespoons wheat, kernels roasted
  • 2 small spring onions
  • For the vinaigrette

  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • salt and pepper


  1. Rinse the salad greens and spinach, and toss them together.
  2. Slice the spring onions thinly and mix with the salad greens and spinach, then arrange it all on a platter.
  3. Place the bread, berries, cheese, raisins and the roasted wheat kernels on the salad.
  4. Mix the vinaigrette ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour over the salad before serving.

Yuuummmm! This is an easy salad that is pretty and has a great dressing. A made a couple of changes I didn't add the wheat kernels and instead of goat cheese I used a cup of crumbled feta, it worked out great!
