Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup salad oil
  • 5 tablespoons ice water
  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt


  1. Beat oil and water till mixture is THICK and creamy.
  2. Sift flour and salt into a bowl, and pour the oil-water mixture over flour mixture to completely cover flour.
  3. Mix with a fork to form a ball.
  4. Makes pastry for a 2 crust pie.
