Yummy salad! I really enjoyed the dressing. Thanks!
This is a very nice honey mustard dressing. Will use this a lot I'm sure. Thanks for posting this lovely recipe.
I made this to go on top of Sharlene~W's Pecan Crusted Chicken...AMAZING. I will never buy another store-bought honey mustard again! I had a salad with the leftover dressing, parmesan chicken, romain lettuce, and dried cranberries the next day for lunch...YUM!
Excellent dressing! I used this dressing for a tossed salad tonight that included romaine lettuce, red onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and candied almonds. The sweet and tangy flavor was just right. I'm sure I will make this again. Thanks for posting!
I've been looking for a honey mustard dressing without mayo and this fit the bill! I used a sweet/hot mustard so I added a bit of horseradish (out of Dijon!). I loved the lemon juice especially. It goes really well with the cider vinegar. I let my dressing rest on the counter for about a half hour and it seemed to thicken a bit more. I served over the chef's Pecan Chicken and it was wonderful together. It was as good as any expensive salad in a restaurant! Roxygirl
Thanks for the recipe. I made it last minute and only used romaine, tomatoes, and the dressing. My guests loved the salad, they asked for seconds and my sister even finished the leftover scraps. The dressing was better than bottled and the taste was memorable.
My husband really loved this as well as I. It has a nice little tang to it. Served it over a bed of mixed greens with mandarine oranges and Feta cheese. I wasn't all that sure the cheese was right with it, but I didn't have any goats cheese. It was very good nevertheless. :)
