This is a surprisingly refreshing dressing on salads. Keeps for several days in the fridge. OOoops there goes another zucchini too
- 2 cups peeled zucchini, cut into small match sticks
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Store in glass jar or plastic container.
