I got this recipe from the July 13, 2004 issue of Family circle. If you like a flavorful dressing this is a nice recipe to use up the last of the mustard in the squeeze bottle.
- Unscrew the cap to the mustard bottle.
- Add olive oil and vinegar.
- Shake well.
- Enjoy over your favorite salad.

We keep a bottle of the exact same dressing at home. It's a great "all purpose" dressing. A bit of minced garlic is a nice added touch, but it has lots of flavour as is.
