"Pretty peach salad. Perfect end to a summer meal."

- 1 quart peach, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries or 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 2 -3 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
- fresh mint leaves
directions
- Combine fruits in a bowl.
- Add juices and sugar and stir gently to mix.
- Place mint leaves on top and chill for 2 to 3 hours.
