Salad and Hummus Sandwich

  • Lay the wrap onto a sheet of plastic wrap.
  • Spread the hummus all over.
  • Down the middle of the wrap lay the lettuce, spinach, asparagus, cucumber, red pepper, and carrot.
  • Sprinkle the Feta, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper over all then roll up.
  • Roll to secure in the plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to eat.
