Saki, Japanese wine, makes a tasty addition to the marinade for these shrimp kabobs.

  1. Combine soy sauce, oil, Saki, garlic and ginger; marinate shrimp about 2 hours.
  2. If you like softer grilled veggies, microwave them first to your taste. Skewer shrimp with a combination of mushrooms, onions and tomatoes. Grill or broil 10 to 12 minutes, turning frequently. Serve over rice pilaf.

Great shrimp. I cut the recipe in half, marinated the shrimp and then just grilled them alone. I served these as an appetizer. Made for ZWT 6.
