From Dinner After Dark as printed in the Houston Chronicle.
- 4 ounces high quality lemon-flavored vodka
- 6 ounces sake or 6 ounces plum wine
- 1⁄2 ounce cranberry juice (a splash)
- 1⁄2 ounce grapefruit juice (a splash)
- 2 -3 drops triple sec
- 1 lime, sliced for garnish
- Chill 4 martini glasses.
- Pour vodka, sake, juices and triple sec into a shaker full of ice.
- Shake vigorously, strain into glasses and garnish with lime.
