Sake Martini

ingredients

• 4 ounces high quality lemon-flavored vodka
• 6 ounces sake or 6 ounces plum wine
• 1⁄2 ounce cranberry juice (a splash)
• 1⁄2 ounce grapefruit juice (a splash)
• 2 -3 drops triple sec
• 1 lime, sliced for garnish

directions

1. Chill 4 martini glasses.
2. Pour vodka, sake, juices and triple sec into a shaker full of ice.
3. Shake vigorously, strain into glasses and garnish with lime.
