Asian-influenced hot tea toddy.
- 1 cup pear juice
- 3 teaspoons oolong tea leaves
- 1⁄4 cup unfiltered nigori sake
- In a small saucepan, combine the juice and tea leaves.
- Put over low heat and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat; cover pan and let steep for 3 minutes.
- Add in the sake and bring to just below a simmer—do not boil.
- Strain into 2 warmed teacups; serve immediately.
