I wish I could say that I liked these more, because prosciutto and melon are two of my favorite foods; but the texture of the meat and fruit together just didn't do it for me (or the others at my dinner party). I think if the prosciutto was cooked and crispy and served with super-chilled melon, I would have liked it a lot more. I will try that sometime. Thanks for posting a classic recipe. Yum!!!! I love proscuitto with cantaloupe so when I saw this I just had to try it. Fortunately I was home alone so I got to enjoy the whole plate all myself! The honeydew melon I got was perfectly sweet and was fantastic with the salty proscuitto. Thanks for posting! Made for the Saucy Senoritas ZWT5.

We really enjoyed this recipe - very quick and easy to make. I made some as the recipe stated, and also made some with baby Swiss cheese included. Both were delish. Thanks Iceland.
