- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- 2 teaspoons rubbed sage
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄4 cup white wine
- 1⁄4 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 8 ounces cooked linguine
directions
- Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and sage. Cook over medium heat until browned. Add wine and broth and remove chicken from pan.
- Bring liquid to a boil until reduced by half. Add butter and stir with a whisk.
- Serve over linguine.
