Sage and Pancetta Shrimp

So very easy and delicious! I got this from TVFN and it is a BIG hit!

Directions

  1. Clean and devein shrimp.
  2. Stuff one sage leaf inside shrimp.
  3. Wrap with pancetta.
  4. Use a toothpick to secure.
  5. Drizzle olive oil on shrimp.
  6. Grill on grill pan about 4 minutes per side or until shrimp is cooked.

Good enough for company, but my family loved it! Wrapping the shrimp takes a little work-pancetta falls apart.

Very tasty. Definitely do not add salt, as the pancetta is salty enough. I also added some crushed red pepper flakes for a little more zip. Wonderful!
