    weiners

    Units: US | Metric

    • 1 lb cocktail franks , some you may want to cut in half
    • ½ cup rye whiskey (you can use Jack Daniels but not as good for this recipe)
    • ½ cup ketchup
    • ½ cup brown sugar
    • ½ teaspoon hot sauce (Denzel, Pepri-Peri, Tabasco, mare depending on your taste)

    Directions:

      Mix together the ketchup, brown sugar& hot sauce, heat to simmer add rye& weiners simmer for 30 minutes.

      Serve on toothpicks.

      These can be frozen.
