I didn't have caraway seeds, so I used sesame instead. I think 375* and/or 30 minutes was too high/long. Mine came out burnt. Those that weren't burnt were very bland. More salt probably would have helped.

Going with what I had in the cupboard I omitted the caraway seed and used two cups rye + 1cup white + one cup muesli (with raisins & nuts), plus about a 1/2 cup of sesame seeds... I'm thinking they'd be good with a touch of honey...
