Rye Bread (Bread Machine)

I adapted this recipe from one that came with my breadmaker. This recipe makes a 1.5 pound loaf. Enjoy!!

• Total Time: 3 hrs 35 mins
• Prep Time: 5 mins
• Cook Time: 3 hrs 30 mins

Ingredients:

Yield: 1 loaf

• one egg
• room temperature water (to equal 1 cup and 1 TBL when added to egg)
• 3 tablespoons oil
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons dry milk
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 1/2 cups bread flour
• 1 1/4 cups rye flour
• 2 tablespoons caraway seeds
• 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions:

1. Add ingredients to breadmaker in order.
2. Set breadmaker to Whole Wheat setting.
3. Select 1.5 pound loaf.
4. Select crust color.
5. Start breadmaker. :D.
