A traditional Christmas Eve dish served in Poland.
- 1 kg cod
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 500 g carrots
- 200 g celery root
- 150 g onions
- 150 g parsnips
- 10 g tomato paste
- 1. Boil the water and oil in a pot.
- 2. Add chopped onion and grated carrots, celery and parsnip.
- 3. Cook on low heat until soft.
- 4. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
